Todd Stevens is the founder and lead coach of Renovation Marriage, where he and his wife, Erin, lead weekend intensive workshops for couples. Over the past decade, the two of them have coached more than 1,000 couples through communication breakdowns, broken trust, infidelity, and the slow drift that turns spouses into roommates. By the end of a single weekend, 98% of those couples report significant progress.
Todd and Erin developed the SHARE Model, a five-step framework that gives couples a practical way to bring up a hurt, actually hear each other, and reach genuine forgiveness instead of another fight. Renovation Marriage is a Christian ministry, and before founding it, Todd spent more than 19 years in pastoral ministry, including leading one of the fastest-growing churches in the country. He holds an MBA, and he and Erin have been married since 1994.
His focus is helping couples do in one weekend what often takes months of weekly appointments: learn the tools, practice them on something real, and walk out with a plan they can actually use. Renovation Marriage runs these workshops in person across more than 10 U.S. cities and online.
